Black Bean Salsa by Nancy B.

Nancy B. shared the following dish at Walk & Worship's recent Beach Party; Ingredients and Recipe is as follows:

1-2 cans Organic Black Beans (drained and rinsed) - I used 2 cans
6-8 Tomatoes (chopped) - I used 8 Roma tomatoes
3-6 Green Onions (your preference) - I used 6
1 large Avocado (chopped)
1/2 - 1 cup Frozen Corn (thawed) - I used 1 cup
1 Jalapeño (chopped) - I used 1 fairly large with seeds , etc.
Cilantro (your preference) - I used about a cup chopped
2-3 limes

It really depends on how much you need to make and also what your preference is.  I make it different every time I make it.  Just put it all together and squeeze the limes and stir it a little.  I used two limes and then later before serving squeezed one more on.  So yummy!!

Thanks so much Nancy for sharing your tasty dish.  Hoping this motivates others to drop their recipes and photos in the e-mail to share with the group and others.
