Looking for a tasty alternative for breakfast? Why not try this "Sunny Chapple" smoothie (Orange, Cherry, Apple)
Okay - here's what I put in this all organic smoothie...
- 3/4 cup Vanilla Yogurt
- 1 1/2 cups rice milk
- 1 orange (peeled & seeded)
- 1 bag frozen cherries
- 1 apple (peeled & seeded)
- Whey Vanilla protein
I always say - use what you got!
Blend together until smooth and delicious.
Drink up!
