Healthy Pancakes

My recipe is for healthy pancakes.

Basic Recipe

1 C Cottage cheese
1 C Rolled oats (oatmeal)
1 C Egg whites

Blend ingredients in a blender or food processor and cook on lightly oiled pan. You can thin with milk or water if necessary.

It’s super simple and can be adjusted by adding spices, sweetener, fruit, nuts etc.
I like to add vanilla, cinnamon & blue agave sweetener.
